Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team via email or phone with your order number.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead request a return or refund under our Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Seller

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

    • Product out of stock or discontinued.
    • Payment not received or failed.
    • Invalid shipping address or incomplete information.
  • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed automatically.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment provider but typically take 3–7 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Digital downloads or services are non-cancellable after purchase.
